R.Kelly, appearing in court Wednesday (May 7,2008), asked for another delay to his long awaiting child pornography trial. R.Kelly and his lawyer are saying the reasons for asking are because of the publicity surrounding the secret witness who is due to testify that she was in a "3-some" with R.Kelly and the underage female involved in the case.
